Electromagnetic valve (Electromagnetic valve) is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic. It is an automation basic component used to control fluid. It belongs to actuator and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. The solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the accuracy and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. There are many kinds of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The most commonly used ones are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc.

 

Working principle of magnetic valve of air compressor:

Electricity, the electromagnetic coil to produce electromagnetic force to shut down from the seat lift, valve | open;
Power, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring to close the pressure on the seat, the valve closed.
When energized, the electromagnetic force to open the pilot hole, the chamber pressure drops rapidly, the formation of low and high pressure around the closed parts, fluid pressure to push the closed parts to move up, the valve opened;
When the power is off, the spring force to close the pilot hole, the inlet pressure through the bypass hole rapidly chamber in the closed valve parts around the formation of low high pressure difference, fluid pressure to push the closing parts to move down, close the valve.
