If the air compressor runs less than the rated time per year, the filter element should also be replaced when the oil is changed. When replacing, drain the dirty oil in the oil filter and clean the inside of the filter. When installing the filter element, pay attention to check the sealing ring or gasket in the filter to prevent oil bypass due to poor sealing and make the filter invalid.

The performance is that the oil in the screw air compressor is taken away by the compressed air, the drain pipe of the pipeline filter contains oil, the oil level of the screw air compressor decreases, and it is forced to stop for emergency replacement. Replacement steps of built-in oil separator:

1. Stop the screw air compressor, close the air compressor outlet, open the water drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system.

2. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas barrel, and remove the pipeline from the pressure maintenance valve outlet to the cooler.
