• Oil filter, also known as oil filter or oil separator, is an important part of screw air compressor. It is a device used to filter oil. It is a fragile and consumable product.

  The material of the air compressor oil filter is filter paper. The service life of the air compressor with the filter is usually 1500-2000 hours. According to the different adjustment of the environmental condition, the oil filter jam alarm set value is generally 1.0-1.4bar.

   

  What is the function of the air compressor oil filter?

   

  Filter the metal particles and impurities in the lubricating oil of the air compressor to ensure the cleanliness of the oil circulation system and protect the safe operation of the main engine.

The oil separator core is an important component of the micro oil screw air compressor. It is a filter mounted on the oil separator.Mainly used to separate lubricating oil and compressed gas, is wearing parts, often need to be replaced.It is actually a porous filter material. Before the mixture of oil and gas enters the filter element, oil droplets with a diameter larger than the aperture of the element material are filtered out on the surface of the element.Then, with the change of the shape and size of the flow passage inside the filter material, the small diameter oil droplets can be aggregated into large diameter oil droplets on the fiber of the material under the action of inertial force and so on, and then filtered out.Ultrafine glass fiber and other materials specially developed for this purpose are widely used in the core of oil-fine separator, and good oil-removing effect, long life and small pressure drop have been achieved.The oil separator core produced by professional manufacturers has been able to reduce the oil content in the gas to 1 ~ 2ppm.
