Characteristics and parameters of oil air separator:
- The oil aor separator filter material is made of ultrafine glass fiber composite filter material produced by American HV and American Lydall Company. Under normal working conditions, compressed air oil mist particles can be controlled below 0.1μm;
- Under rated working pressure and rated flow, the initial saturation pressure drop is not more than 0.02Mpa;
- The service life of the oil-air separator is not less than 4000h under the condition that the pressure drop under normal working conditions is not more than 0.1Mpa.

Tips:
This is only a part of the part numbers, many oil separator filters P/N are not listed, in addition there are replacements filters for many other air compressor brands.
Internal type replacement:
- Stop the air compressor and close its outlet. Open drain valve to ensure system pressure is zero.
- Remove the pipe from the top of the oil air tank. Also remove the line from the cooler to the outlet of the pressure retaining valve.
- Remove the return pipe.
- Remove the fixing bolts and remove the top cover of the oil air tank.
- Take out the old separator and install the new separator.
- Install other parts in reverse order according to disassembly.
External type replacement:
- Close the air compressor, close the exit. Open the drain valve and check whether the system is free of pressure.
- Remove the old air-oil separator and put in a new one.
