Causes of fan motor overload of screw air compressor:
1) fan motor failure, possible damage ah and other problems;

2) Failure of fan motor thermal relay (aging);

4) The cooler is blocked;High exhaust resistance.

Air-cooled air compressor cooler cleaning:
Stop the air compressor equipment and confirm that the pressure has been released, and pull down the main power switch. Open the air hood to clear the cover, or remove the cooling fan. Blow back the dirt with compressed air, and then take the dirt out of the air hood; if it is dirty, spray some degreaser before blowing. When the air compressor cooler cannot be cleaned by the above method, it needs to be removed, soaked or sprayed with cleaning fluid and cleaned with a brush. Install the cover or cooling fan
Water-cooled air compressor cooler cleaning:
Shut down and confirm that the pressure has been released, pull down the main power switch. Disconnect the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes. Inject the cleaning solution to soak or use a pump to circulate. Rinse with clean water. Install the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
