The working principle and structure of the oil-gas separator of the compressor are as follows:

After the oil mixture enters the separator through the inlet pipeline, it is sprayed on the oil retaining cap (bulk oil cap). The diffused oil slides down the pipe wall to the lower part of the separator by gravity and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.At the same time, the gas rises due to low density, changes the flow direction upward through the separation umbrella concentration, and sticks the small oil droplets in the gas to the umbrella wall, and then accumulates and falls to the wall. The gas after deoiling enters the pipeline through the top of the separator for gas measurement.

The working gas is led out of the oil separator by a central tube through a porous baffle. The separated lubricating oil is concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator and can be periodically discharged, or the floating ball valve is used to automatically return the lubricating oil to the crankcase of the compressor.
