Atlas air compressor temperature control valve is usually called solenoid temperature control valve in the early stage. In recent years, through the digestion and absorption of imported air compressor technology, temperature control valve is also used more. The temperature control element includes special expansion temperature sensing paraffin and copper shell. At a specific phase change temperature, the expansion stress of the paraffin is a constant value, which is far greater than the thrust required by the thermostatic valve.
The expanded paraffin is sealed in the shell, and when the temperature rises to the paraffin melting point, the volume pushes the jacking rod.
The slide valve that drives the temperature control valve moves. When the temperature drops, the paraffin shrinks when it is cold. Under the action of spring rebound, the valve is reset.

2.The function of the temperature control valve: 
The temperature control valve plays a role of constant temperature control. When the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve is lower than the action value (the action value of the temperature sensing element is generally 65 degrees), the lubricating oil is directly from the oil and gas When the barrel returns to the main engine, when the oil temperature measured by the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve is higher than the action value, the thimble of the temperature sensing element of the temperature control valve will act and push the valve core to open the bypass valve of its own equipment, so that the lubricating oil enters the cooler for cooling (The higher the temperature measured by the temperature sensing element, the greater the opening of the bypass valve), and the cooled lubricating oil will return to the main engine.
